Lovely Room Views

I stayed in a Deluxe Fallsview King Room on the 20th floor during my visit on 2024-03-15. The view of both the American and Canadian Falls was amazing! I could open the full-height window to capture stunning night photos of the illuminated falls. The room itself was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and gave me the perfect experience to celebrate my special day.

Delicious Breakfast Buffet

On my trip on 2024-05-22, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety offered at the buffet. With a gorgeous view of the falls, the food was quite tasty, and even though it was a little pricey at around $30, it was worth it given the setting. The attentive service made the experience even better!

Wonderful Spa Experience

I visited the spa during my stay on 2024-07-10 and it was just what I needed for relaxation. The treatments were great, and the atmosphere was serene. Family-Friendly Amenities

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Sheraton on the Falls. The breathtaking views were a highlight, especially from my upgraded room, but the service left a lot to be desired. I faced multiple issues regarding dining options and staff communication. While the room provided a comfortable and nice atmosphere, the dining experience was disappointing and the service management was lacking. Overall, it's a great spot for its views, but I hope they improve their service approach for future guests.
