Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience during my stay at Sheraton on the Falls. The breathtaking views were a highlight, especially from my upgraded room, but the service left a lot to be desired. I faced multiple issues regarding dining options and staff communication. While the room provided a comfortable and nice atmosphere, the dining experience was disappointing and the service management was lacking. Overall, it’s a great spot for its views, but I hope they improve their service approach for future guests.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The view of Niagara Falls was absolutely stunning, but I faced issues with my room and the service during my visit. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast due to some inconveniences, which was a nice touch. However, the overall execution of my stay left a lot to be desired, particularly regarding the amenities and responsiveness of the staff.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. While I enjoyed the stunning view from my room and found the location perfect for accessing nearby attractions, the service was often lacking. The room itself left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, I had a pleasant time, but issues with the service and room quality made it feel overpriced.
The hotel offers stunning views of Niagara Falls that were simply breathtaking, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While the service was friendly, it left quite a bit to be desired, especially during check-in where we faced long delays. The dining experience was decent with a nice breakfast spread, but overall, we were disappointed with some aspects of service and amenities considering the price we paid.
During my stay, the hotel provided excellent rooms with stunning views of the Falls, and the indoor waterpark was a hit for my kids. The service was top-notch, with staff eager to assist with all our needs. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired, and parking was frustratingly pricey. Overall, it's a great spot for families, especially due to its proximity to local attractions.
